BlueCross BlueShield “Grow Bold” Event Series

Designed to celebrate Minnesota growers, makers and chefs, encouraging healthy and active aging, Grow Bold was an event series held throughout Minnesota and at the State Fair.

At the events, attendees learned delicious, crowd-pleasing recipes from local chefs; grew their green thumbs with gardening tips from Bachman’s; and worked on ways to improve both balance and fitness with local YMCA representatives.

Each event concluded with a social hour where guests met the speakers and browsed local goods from vendors.
